The Customer should read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any purchase order within this website. These Terms & Conditions shall apply to every order of items made through this website. Customer, by accepting these Terms & Conditions, acknowledges and declares that he/she is a consumer and purchases Gremaldini items .
1. Any order placed by customer shall be binding on IIGroup OOD only upon acceptance and further confirmation by us, to be sent to customer through an e-mail message. We are not obliged to keep a consistent range of Products or keep any Products available permanently/not affect orders that have been already accepted/. IIGroup OOD may at its own discretion refuse any order, or decide whether or not to totally or partially accept any modifications to the order requested by the customers/before shipment of the selected goods/. Every sale agreement between IIGroup OOD and customers shall be understood as concluded only upon written confirmation of the order sent through the customer's e-mail from us .
2. If any item that Customer has ordered is not available we will inform you by e-mail and IIGroup OOD shall not be bound by any obligation to deliver. If this is the case, we will cancel the order and contract. If we already have been received payment, we will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
3. The terms for delivery are from 3 to 10 working days from the date of any order which we accept and we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. When you generate your order, the price for the delivery will be automatically calculated for you based on the destination. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. Maximum delivery frame of 30 days; should delivery be delayed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of IIGroup OOD customer shall be notified with an alternative date of delivery.
You agree to inspect first the product for any faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery and to sign for delivery. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered product in case of discussions in future with us about it.
All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product. You have to be careful when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you from the carrier, then we may charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs or cancelling the applicable contract, in which case we will refund to you the money already paid to us under the applicable contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the product, and any storage fees
The term of delivery starts after the following working day after out confirmation by mail that the order is accepted
4.Currency - Euro. All prices include VAT. Shipment and delivery costs shall be charged on the customer at the time of shipping the ordered item, according to the delivery fees in force at that time and as indicated in the applicable section of this website. Invoices and credit notes - exclusively in electronic form
5.You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This means you can send any item ordered back to us with deadline within 14 days of the order being placed from us on your address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail: e-shop@gremaldini.com.
All items must be returned unworn with original tags attached and accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Returned goods must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or on grounds of hygiene.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you for returned goods within 14 days from the day on which we are received the goods back. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We will not bear the cost of returning the goods. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed. We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, loss of contracts, of the use of money, of actual or anticipated profits and savings, of business, opportunity , of reputation , operation time , of revenue, of goodwill, any indirect or consequential loss and others
