Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This means you can send any  item ordered back to us with deadline within 14 days of the order being placed from us on your address.To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail: e-shop@gremaldini.com.

All items must be returned unworn with original tags attached and accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Returned goods must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or on grounds of hygiene.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you for returned goods within 14 days from the day on which we are received the goods back. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We will not bear the cost of returning the goods. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
